Product Nature

Balloons are delicate items that require proper handling to maintain their quality. Due to their sensitivity to factors like heat, direct sunlight, and improper handling, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once delivered, we cannot guarantee their condition.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage our customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please contact us within the first 24 hours and provide photos along with a detailed description of the issue. After this time frame, we cannot address complaints regarding the condition of the products.

Customized Orders

All customized balloons, including those with specific text, designs, or colors, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This applies to both inflated and non-inflated balloons.

Quality Assurance Before Shipping

We guarantee that all balloons are thoroughly inspected before being shipped or delivered to ensure their quality. However, we are not responsible for damages that occur during transportation or after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Once a balloon order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Order Errors

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours to address the issue. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before making a decision.

Helium-Filled Balloons

Due to the nature of helium, inflated balloons have a limited float time, which may vary depending on weather conditions. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
